"TWO WAY TOM"
CENTER PRIMARY ERA: FIREWAGON
GM: 1129 G: 536 A: 420 PTS: 956
Tom Casque is best two-way forward in the history of the MLH. His relentless forechecking and backchecking skills were put into play with 7 Victors Cup winning teams spanning 3 teams (New York, Montreal, Boston) over his 1129 game career. He was the perfect compliment to the strong offensive centers he played with in his career notably Marc Pattie in New York, Mike Mecrury in Montreal, and Tom Collins in Boston. Converse to his supporting role within his team he was an equal match defensively when playing against them. The most astounding part of Casque's career was his offensive output. He was able to tally 956 career points and score over 500 goals despite being deployed as mainly a defensive weapon.
